What happened to Tulip? Did his bike needed washed or something? Do tell.... It was a mid-July day and I guess Tulip felt he and his bike needed a little "breather" and a good cleaning...They were just taking their weekly bath I guess.... Paul scored his dive as a 9 out of 10...The Russian judge gave him a 6... The true story is we(me, Paul, Kevin, Wally, and Les) were playing a little game of cat and mouse around the pond...I was way ahead of them...I got tot the other end of the pond and saw a "commotion" going on down at the other end...I went back around and was told by Paul(who was following Tulip) that his (Tulip's) front left tire caught the water as he was peeking back over his shoulder to see where Wally and Les were.....CRASH / BOOM / BANG ...Tulip goes flying over his handlebars and into the water(thus, the 9 out of 10 Paul gave him for the dive...Judge Paul who almost pissed himself he was laughing so hard)...His bike followed him into the watery abyss... We all pulled him and his bike out and got it runnning somewhat after bailing water for 1/2 an hour...Needless to say, this ended Tulip and his buddies day of riding....But, Tulip got his very own landmark out of the deal..... Kevin's Pond.....

I think we should ban Tulip from riding with Crash I and Crash II (Raymond and Heather)....might be a scary situation. Although, Brown Streak (Chris) runs over himself with his own Raptor after being tossed over the handlebars while playing cat and mouse in our field. Hmmm....maybe next time we all ride together, we go ahead and alert 911.
Thank goodness, we never get hurt...if we do it's relatively minor...and we at least get some good quad stories out of it!!

I ride as often as i can and as my job will allow me to and kids activity's. I personally like to ride Little Sahara or below Eufalla Dam/ I like side. I used to ride App. Bay quite a bit but to many idiots out there now. Of course I ride a Banshee and rocks are hell on wheels. I started out riding 3/wheelers then in 1988 i bought a honda 250r. I had it until a couple of years back and sold it for a brand new time 2 price. Then I started riding Banshee's. Fist one I owned was a 1996 which can be seen on www.roostingthedunes.com sold that to a buddy of mine then I bought a 2003. I like to try and make it a family deal because Me/Wife/son/daughter all ride although my daughter isnt into it as much. I have rode LS and have been out in that area for years. i have family out there. So I can remember when there were only Camels out there you couldnt even ride. Until I bought the toy hauler it wasnt anything for us to leave here about 6 in the morning arrive at 09:00 - 09:30 ride all day and then make it home arounf 02:00 in the Am. Anyways give me a PM and maybe we can hook up.. Also my B-N-Law rides a KFX 400 and he is in Amatillo so LS lets us meets about half way.
