NEW FOR 2006
Motorcycle and Quad 1 hour night race! They will be run separately and you will need lights on the front and rear of your motorcycle or quad so you can see and be seen.
Ok, this is scary...LOL! If you all can ride Sahara and Buttercup, this might be cool for you all...
2006 Gold Rush Info
Saturday November 4th and Sunday November 5th
Where: 35 miles west of Tulsa, Hallett Road Racing Circuit, Cimmaron 412 and highway 99 exit.
When: Annually, this years event will be held November 4th and 5th.
The Oklahoma Gold Rush Grand Prix racing event is one of the most unique events you will find anywhere in the country. Using 1.6 miles of the road course and combining that with woods riding and part of a natural motocross course. Last years lap was almost seven and a half miles in length and took some of the faster riders seventeen minutes to do a lap.
The event is open to motorcycles and ATV's and we even include a golf cart race if enough of them enter. One of the most popular and exciting races during the event is the team races that are held on Saturday the 5th. It is a three hour race with two man teams, you can switch off as the team wishes, every lap, every other lap or by time, it is strictly up to the team themselves to decide how they split up the race. They are broke up between ATV and motorcycles and the trophies are broken down by class. This year we included a father/son class which was very popular.

The results for last year are up...http://www.okgoldrush.com/saturday%20results.htm
Ray/Chris came in at 26/30. I know Chris ran into a tree and hurt his wrist and I remember Raymond had a run in with some other riders with a pile up.

Looks like Chris & Raymond are going to Hallett. If anyone would like to meet up with them please let them know. Chris said something about leaving Friday night so they will be there Saturday morning for the first race. Chris wasn't able to get on our computer at home to post it because it kept messing up on him so I am posting for him and will keep a watch out this week for any responses.

Count me out... The muffler on my Z is not fixable so I am gonna have to buy a new one...Gonna have to wait a couple weeks before I drop $$$ to get the one I want...And I hopefully, will never have to ride my Warrior in a race again...Probably gonna go to Stillwater with Kevin and putt around on the ole' crusty veteran Warrior ....Good luck to everyone who races...and be careful...those OCCRA people are crazy and not real Quad friendly...
