Only had the opportunity to ride these trails once but was amazed by the size (over 100 miles of trails) and solitude that I experienced here. To get to trails take Hwy 71 S to Dequeen. Then go West on Hwy 259 until you reach Broken Bow, OK. Land/Trails are owned by Weyerhauser Timber Co. and riders must pay $25.00 annual fee (per Person not per ATV) to access trails.

From Broken Bow you can go west about 40 miles to Cloudy,OK. All the area is GOOD riding. Easy to moderate. Still part of the Weyerhauser acreage. (someone said there is nearly a million acres that are available to ride on)

Have you had opportunity to ride trails yourself? I think this would make a great ride for the Rebel Outlaws.

I agree... SE Oklahoma is a GREAT ride for a group. Ginny and I rode with 11 poeple from Oklahoma. Husbands, wifes, kids, singles... the whole group had mixed abilities. The guys just ran off and left us, then rested and waited for us to catch up. When we caught up, we would all go again. The trails kept it very interesting. We would work circles and then visit back at the camp site. At night, Ginny and I left for the motel, the rest sat around the fire and visitied.

My brother and I ride there and somtimes camp. Check out Mapquest, we park 1.5 miles East of Cloudy,OK and ride. Another good place (maybe better) is Clayton,Ok 31 miles north of Cloudy. The forest is Honobia and Three Rivers total close to 500,000 acres. You need a topo or GPS. We go camping and riding there every October. Then shorter trips between.
