We heard yesterday that Mill Creek has been shut down. Tyler's folks went up there and said they ended up having to go to White Rock to ride. White Rock ripped the hell out of their quads too. We heard they ripped out a floorboard, cracked an oil pan, and other wounds.
Does anyone know why they shut down or if this is true? I'll look for info. If so, it was a great place to ride.

MILL CREEK only had the trail head of the main trail closed for 1 week early September. Trails are kind of lame...but hey, this ain't Colorado. Ride what we have.

Just returned from a nice ride at Mill Creek and I assure you trails are NOT shut down. Creeks were very low and there is still too much foilage on trees but trails are in great shape and open to all.

That's really great to hear. Did they do away with Super Bowl Hill and Work Hill? We went over a year ago and they had dozed those 2 hills...just wondering if they were still there...or what the deal was......
Have they done anything new or different? We haven't been in a while...

unfortunately yes. I spoke with a Ranger and he said the reasoning was two fold: 1) Rains/Flooding last spring had made trail very dangerous in these areas. 2) Logging companys could not traverse the area without tearing up their equipment. Area is still a nice ride but main trail is just not that challenging any more. There is still alot of the area toward Fly Gap Mtn. that remains untouched and will give anyone all the challenge they want.
